The Operations / Estimating Assistant will provide administrative and practical support to the Contracts Manager and Operations Manager. The role involves assisting with estimating activities, operational coordination, and general office duties to support the smooth running of projects from tender stage through to completion. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced office environment. The main duties are: Assist with preparing tenders and estimates Download, organise and distribute tender documents and drawings Obtain and log supplier and subcontractor quotations Input cost data into estimating systems and spreadsheets Maintain tender registers and records Support post‑tender correspondence and documentation
