About the Role
We're seeking an experienced SAP Recruitment Consultant to join our Royal Tunbridge Wells team. In this role, you'll use your previous recruitment, sales, or account management experience to identify, engage, and place top SAP talent into global contract opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Source, engage, and qualify candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and motivations.
* Prepare CVs and candidate submissions for client consideration.
* Provide guidance and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline management using CRM systems.
* Stay up to date with SAP market trends, skills in demand, and competitor activity.
* Mentor junior team members in sourcing techniques and candidate engagement best practices.
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years' experience in recruitment, sales, or account management, ideally in IT or related fields.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
* Familiarity with international markets and SAP technologies is a strong advantage.
