Sales Representative - UK Remote £45K base uncapped double OTE First UK Sales hire for an Australian business Great opportunity to shape the growth of the company in the UK Company Overview We are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, Australian SaaS business that's transforming how garages, MOT centres, and repair shops run their operations. Their cloud-based platform is built to simplify everyday tasks like bookings, invoicing, stock management, and customer reminders - helping workshop owners save time, stay organised, and increase profitability. The business already supports thousands of workshops worldwide and has built a strong reputation for being simple, effective, and tailored to the needs of busy, down-to-earth small business owners. Now, they're entering the UK market and hiring their first dedicated UK sales representative. The Role This is a hands-on, results-driven role. You'll be working closely with small business owners, understanding their pain points, and demonstrating how the software can make their lives easier. You'll balance handling inbound leads from marketing campaigns with proactively generating your own pipeline, so self-motivation and persistence are key. The sales cycles are quick, typically 1-3 calls, and the role requires someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-volume environment. Responsibilities: Working inbound marketing leads while also generating your own pipeline. Selling a license-based SaaS product on fast 1-3 call sales cycles. Targeting Car garages, repair-shops and MOT centres across the UK Managing a high-volume, lower-value sales environment with consistency and resilience. Building trust with small business owners who value straight-talking and practical solutions. Requirements: Proven experience selling license-based products. Demonstrated ability to generate your own pipeline, not just work inbound. A track record of closing deals in short sales cycles. Comfortable engaging with practical, no-nonsense buyer personas. Resilient, hard-working, and motivated by hitting targets. The Package £45K base salary uncapped OTE (realistic double earnings). First UK sales hire - genuine opportunity to shape market entry.
