Overview
We are seeking experienced Claims Handlers to manage complex disease claims, including Asbestosis, Mesothelioma, and HAVS. The role focuses on handling claims from inception to resolution, ensuring proactive litigation risk mitigation.
How You'll Make An Impact
* Handle a caseload of complex disease claims from cradle to grave, ensuring thorough investigation and resolution.
* Conduct detailed investigations of claims policies to identify potential recovery opportunities.
* Implement a proactive approach to claims management to prevent and reduce litigation.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, legal teams, and medical professionals.
* Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting for internal and external reviews.
About You
* Proven experience in claims handling with a focus on disease-related claims.
* Experience in handling Employer’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims.
* Strong understanding of medical and legal terminology related to disease claims.
* Strong analytical skills to assess claims and identify recovery opportunities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
