We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Expeditor to join a thriving supply chain team. You’ll be a key link between suppliers, internal departments, and logistics partners — making sure orders arrive on time, paperwork is spot-on, and communication flows smoothly.
The role:

Coordinate and track all purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
*
Chase and expedite supplier deliveries, resolving any late or short shipment issues.
*
Liaise daily with buyers, sales teams, and department heads to keep schedules updated.
*
Maintain accurate supplier and order records using Excel and company systems.
*
Manage customs paperwork for inbound goods, including imports
*
Oversee freight forwarder deliveries, consolidation timing, and customs clearance documentation.
*
Review and verify purchase order acknowledgements promptly.
*
Respond to inbound queries (documentation, quantity, or delivery) quickly to avoid delays.
*
Raise purchase orders in line with demand.
What you’ll need:

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, lookups, reporting).
*
Experience in a role where attention to detail is critical.
*
Background in procurement, supply chain, or logistics (advantageous but not essential).
*
Knowledge of import/customs processes (advantageous but not essential).
*
ERP/MRP system experience preferred.
*
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
*
Highly organised, methodical, and able to work to tight deadlines.
*
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and locations.
