We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Quality and Higher Education to join our professional and high-performing Quality team. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment (TLA) across the College. Youll work collaboratively with teams at all levels to lead on quality improvement, champion best practice, and ensure we deliver outstanding outcomes for all our learners. Youll be a vital part of our One Team approach, working cross-college to foster a culture of collective responsibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Were also particularly interested in individuals who bring experience from the Secondary Education Sector, especially those with a strong background in TLA expertise and proven success in improving classroom practice and learner outcomes. What we are looking for: You will have: Significant experience working within Further Education or Secondary education in a quality-focused role. Up-to-date pedagogical knowledge and a passion for outstanding teaching, learning and assessment. A proven track record of supporting staff development and improving outcomes. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use performance data to inform decision-making and drive improvement. Youll also hold: A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area. A recognised teaching qualification.
