Role: Data Centre – Electrical Engineer Bias
Hours: 42 hours per week (4 On 4 Off)

We're looking for a Data Centre Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for operations at our site, ensuring the safe, efficient, and resilient running of all critical engineering systems.
Role Responsibilities
* Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure high standards of workmanship.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members.
* Ensure all critical systems (HVAC, electrical, fire suppression, BMS, etc.) are maintained to the highest standards.
* Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
* Ensure all engineering activities are accurately logged and documented; maintain compliance with statutory regulations, Health & Safety, and all company policies.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
Required Qualifications
* Recognised engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND, or equivalent).
* Proven experience supervising engineering teams within critical environments (data centres, hospitals, etc.).
* Strong knowledge of building services systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC).
* Experience using CMMS systems and BMS platforms.
* IOSH/NEBOSH certification (desirable).
