Location: NSA Motor Vehicles Head Office - Milton Keynes
Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will manage the daily operations, oversee the team of sales executives, assist and maintain the upkeep of the showroom and provide strategic input. They will also lead on NSA’s after sales and inspire the sales team to deliver the highest standard of service while driving commercial results, upholding brand values, and ensuring every customer receives an amazing experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Sales team leadership and management
* Leading, motivating and managing the Sales Executive team to deliver good outcomes for customers as well as achieving monthly sales targets on vehicles, finance and insurance products.
* Supporting the sales team in daily operations including but not limited to customer contact, sales management, deal building and closing.
* Liaising with the Prep Manager with vehicle preparation whilst ensuring that stock is kept to the company’s agreed levels.
* Leading weekly sales meetings, and conducting sales mentoring and performance reviews.
* Accountable for handling customer queries and complaints and ensuring they are resolved effectively.
* Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and training of new sales team staff.
* Developing a strong, cohesive team culture, promoting continuous learning and achievement.

* Developing and implementing strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
* Tracks sales performance, analyse data and provide reports to management to identify trends and opportunities for NSA’s sales strategy and team
* Managing NSA’s Aftersales performance to achieve key targets and overseeing processes for vehicle delivery and follow-up.
* Continuously reviewing Aftersales processes and systems to deliver increased levels of customer delight whilst maximising profitability.
* Showroom maintenance
* Ensuring the showroom is well presented at all times, making sure the site’s stock is well managed, leaving a lasting impression on all who visit.

Person Specification
Leadership and Motivation: Minimum 3 years experience in sales, ideally in the automotive industry. Ability to inspire and guide a sales team in a commission-based environment. Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating a team to reach targets and goals. Commitment to professionalism, and creating an inclusive working environment for all.
Customer Service Excellence: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to resolve issues effectively. Track record of outstanding customer service delivery in the automotive industry would be preferable.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff, customers, stakeholders and management.
Target orientated: Strong commercial awareness with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and profitability. Organised with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
Knowledge: Understanding of automotive inventory, market conditions, and sales and marketing principles. You will possess strong leadership and management skills and must be able to thrive in a fast-paced automobile environment.
