We are seeking a skilled and experienced Band 6 or Band 7 CT Radiographer with Canon experience to join our client’s team in Brighton. This role involves providing high-quality CT imaging services to patients, including specialist scans such as cardiac and colon. The successful candidate will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnostics and exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
* Performing CT scans, including contrast-enhanced studies and cannulation.
* Preparing patients for procedures.
* Operating Canon CT equipment.
* Maintaining accurate records.
* Developing imaging protocols.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
* Collaborating with the radiology team to optimise patient outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Registered Radiographer with the HCPC.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in CT radiography.
* Strong knowledge of CT techniques and safety protocols.
* Experience with Canon CT equipment.
* Proficiency in contrast-enhanced studies and cannulation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to professional development and staying updated with advancements in CT radiography.
