National Account Manager
Location: Office-Based in Lydney
About Us
My client are a well-regarded garden hardware supplier, operating across the UK and Europe. With a strong reputation and a loyal customer base, they provide high-quality products and expert service. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an National Account Manager to join their team and drive sales across their extensive product catalogue.

The Role
As an National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and increasing order values. Your key responsibilities include:
* Managing and developing an existing customer base to drive repeat business
* Identifying sales trends and maximising order values across our full product range
* Proactively generating new business and reactivating dormant accounts
* Holding consultative conversations with customers to understand their needs
* Working in a supportive, team-driven environment to achieve sales targets
Requirements
* Experience in sales, account management, or customer service
* Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative approach
* A data-driven mindset to identify trends and maximise sales opportunities
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-focused
