Position; ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN Location; Near Milton Park, Didcot Salary; £15 - 18.00 per hour Planet recruitment are working with an innovative, forward-thinking, employee engaged company who require an Assembly Technician to join their exisiting team on a long term temporary assignment which could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. The role; The primary role of the Technician is to repair devices of the whole product range along with providing technical support function to customers & internal teams. The technician is reporting to the Team Leader Technician, who will ensure all training on company products is given and all procedures are explained. We require someone with good assembly knowledge who can undertake small repairs on devices. Main responsibilities; The primary objective of In-house Technician is to perform in-house diagnosis, servicing, repair and testing of customer returned products using established procedures. Key responsibilities include performing maintenance, testing and calibration of repaired products, troubleshoot and providing recommended resolutions, preparing clear quotes and repair reports.
