The Opportunity
We're looking for a hungry Business Development Executive to own the full sales cycle - from prospecting through to close. You'll be targeting SMEs who need expert digital marketing but don't yet know we exist.
This is a true hunter role with some warm leads provided, but you'll be building your own pipeline through research, outreach, and relationship-building. The market is responsive, our services deliver real ROI for clients, and the earning potential is genuinely uncapped.
What You'll Be Doing
* Prospecting: Research and identify high-potential SMEs across the UK who fit our ideal client profile
* Outreach: Make daily outbound calls and reach out to prospects on social media to build relationships and create opportunities
* Consultative Selling: Understand prospect challenges and position our Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and web design services as solutions
* Proposal Development: Create compelling, tailored proposals and maintain detailed records in our CRM
* Collaboration: Work with our delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and set expectations for success
* Closing: Negotiate agreements, finalise contracts, and see deals through to payment setup
_ What We're Looking For_
Essential:
* 2+ years' B2B sales experience with a proven track record of consistently hitting/exceeding targets
* Hunter mentality - you're energised by prospecting and motivated by commission potential
* Excellent communication skills - equally comfortable on cold calls, video meetings, or LinkedIn outreach
* Self-starter with commercial acumen - you understand business challenges and can position solutions effectively
* Full UK driving licence and ability to commute to our office north of Chelmsford daily
Desirable:
* Experience selling digital marketing, SaaS, or professional services
* Understanding of PPC, SEO, or social media advertising (we'll train you on the details)
* Demonstrable success building pipeline from scratch
* Experience with CRM systems (we use Pipedrive)

* £30,000 base salary
