This is an office‑based role, ideal for someone who wants hands‑on experience and close supervision from experienced fee‑earners. Key Responsibilities Supporting fee‑earners with Wills, LPAs, Probate and Estate Administration matters Preparing initial drafts of documents and letters Assisting with gathering information for probate applications and IHT forms Managing client onboarding, ID checks and file opening Liaising with clients, executors and beneficiaries to obtain information Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring compliance with internal procedures Providing administrative support to the wider team Helping ensure the smooth running of the department About You Some exposure to Private Client work Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Confident, professional communication style Comfortable working in an office‑based environment Keen to learn, develop and support a busy team This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career in Private Client work within a supportive, well‑structured team.
