Key Responsibilities:
As a Bar & Lounge Supervisor, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering outstanding service by:
11. Going above and beyond to ensure every guest leaves happy and well looked after
12. Maintaining expert knowledge of food, beverages, and cocktail menus to help drive sales
13. Delivering service steps and standards consistently without cutting corners
14. Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
15. Upholding exceptional standards of service, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
16. Responding positively to feedback and using it as a learning opportunity
17. Keeping bar and lounge areas clean, organised, and guest-ready at all times
