The Opportunity:
You'll be working in a beautifully equipped kitchen, creating stunning dishes for fine dining dinners, canapé receptions, and high-profile events. Based at one of the most iconic corporate sites in the City, you'll be part of a small, close-knit brigade delivering top-level food in a professional but supportive environment.
What We're Looking For:
Strong background in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end events
Experience at Sous Chef or Senior CDP level
Passion for quality, creativity, and seasonal ingredients
Calm, organised, and confident leading a team during service
A chef ready to take their career to the next level- without sacrificing work-life balance
The Details:
Location: Prestigious City of London site
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with 2-3 evening events per week (paid at 1.5x overtime )
Kitchen: Modern, fully equipped, with excellent resources and support
Team: Small, professional brigade delivering consistent excellence
