We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant – New Business to drive high-value opportunities through a consultative, solution-led B2B sales approach within the energy and consultancy sector.
You will focus on building and converting a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities, delivering tailored solutions that provide clear commercial value and return on investment.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and convert a pipeline of new business opportunities
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
* Engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers
* Deliver tailored proposals with clear ROI and commercial value
* Identify and target key accounts within priority sectors
* Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting
* Work closely with technical teams on complex solutions
* Act as a trusted advisor in client interactions
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in B2B consultative or solution sales
* Strong track record in new business development and closing deals
* Experience engaging senior stakeholders or C-level clients
* Ability to manage complex, multi-stage sales processes
* Strong commercial acumen and ownership of pipeline performance
* Experience in energy, utilities, or technical services
* Exposure to agriculture, food production, or industrial sectors (desirable)
