The hourly rate for this role is £11.44 and up to £12.02 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.

About the role
You will work onsite and report to the Assistant or Store Manager. Your role may include helping on the tills, advising customers, or working in our back shop. Additionally, you will:
1. Help our customers and put them at ease; listen to their needs, answer questions, and offer advice on our products. Recommend items they hadn’t considered or simply offer a basket—it's the little things that make a difference.
2. Promote our in-store offers and schemes to give customers more information.
3. Ensure the store runs smoothly by managing product displays, providing excellent service at the tills, and assisting with stock in the stockrooms.
4. Collaborate with team members to provide a great shopping experience and maintain a clean, presentable store environment.
What you’ll need to have
Full training is provided. We are looking for people who:
1. Excel in a varied, fast-paced environment.
2. Communicate and listen effectively.
3. Enjoy working as part of a team and promoting collaboration.
4. Understand that the little things make the biggest difference in customer interactions.
5. Want to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help customers find the best products for them.
It would be great if you also have
* Experience in customer care and delivering excellent service (not essential).
