FLT Counterbalance Operative - Days & Nights
Location: Brandesburton, East Yorkshire (YO25)
Pay Rates:
Days: £12.98 per hour
Nights: £16.23 per hourShift Patterns Available:
Days: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, with an early finish on Fridays
Nights: Monday to Thursday 5:00pm - 1:30am | Friday 4:30pm - 12:30am
Join a Growing Modular Manufacturing Team
We are recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Operatives to support a busy modular manufacturing operation in Brandesburton.
This role sits within a fast-paced production environment, supporting material movement and ensuring smooth workflow across the site.
Key Responsibilities
Operating Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
Moving materials across production and storage areas
Supporting production teams with timely deliveries
Loading and unloading materials where required
Maintaining site safety and housekeeping standards
Working collaboratively within manufacturing teams
What We're Looking For
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
Reliable and hardworking approach
Own PPE required (hard hat, goggles, gloves and workwear)
Ability to travel to site independently due to rural location
