Oversee and support a paralegal team managing commercial property mattersAct as a senior point of contact for clientsProvide technical input on more complex mattersEnsure work is delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with agreed service standardsContribute to the ongoing development, training and performance management of the team
About you
Qualified commercial real estate lawyer with at least 5 years' post-qualification experienceStrong background in commercial leasing and property management mattersExperience supervising or mentoring junior team members Confident working with clients
