The Opportunity
For this position, you will lead concept development, material specification, and spatial planning, while confidently overseeing design direction across all stages of a project. You will manage interior design elements from feasibility through to site, ensuring all work aligns with programme, budget, and the studio’s creative vision.
You will produce and review detailed drawing and specification packages, coordinate with architects, project managers, technicians, and BIM leads, and maintain close relationships with both clients and internal directors. You will work closely with the founders and take shared responsibility for middleweight designers - offering support, cross-checking their work, and ensuring consistently high standards across each stage of the project.
* Lead design delivery across all RIBA stages for high-end residential and hospitality projects
* Oversee interior drawing packages using Autocad / Vectorworks, Adobe Suite, and 3D tools
* Manage client, consultant, and contractor coordination from concept to completion
* Direct FF&E, bespoke joinery, material sourcing, and procurement processes
* Oversee junior team members, project resources, and timelines to ensure efficient delivery
* Requires proven experience delivering high-end private residential and hospitality projects in the UK
