The Role Inspiring your team – coaching Porters and Cleaners (including night shift) to take pride in their work, stay motivated, and feel part of something bigger Championing standards – ensuring hygiene tasks are planned, completed, and compliant with food safety, H&S, and legal regulations Creating calm and confidence – maintaining clean, safe spaces that allow others to do their best work Taking ownership – managing cleaning stock, PPE, and chemical supplies responsibly and efficiently Improving the system – finding smart, sustainable ways to keep standards high and costs low Supporting cross-team success – working with other departments to make sure equipment and spaces are ready for action Documenting with care – keeping hygiene records that reflect the pride we take in every detail Living our values – staying positive under pressure, solving problems with care, and helping others grow If you tick most of these boxes but not all, don’t stress.
