They drive exciting product launches and strategic promotions to maximise sales and brand visibility.About the Role:As an eCommerce Product Page Lead on Womenswear Non-Clothing, you will be the glue between the broader Ecommerce team and product teams and will become an expert in the product division and alongside using sales analysis and key onsite metrics, you will optimise the product pages onsite to drive conversion and help reduce returns. Alongside looking after the day to day running of product pages, youâll look for new opportunities to grow sales, profit and conversion through new website development.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the business owner to maximise the performance of all funnel metrics for product page and shopping bag (e.g. ATB & conversion rate, returns)Review metrics (page views, ATB rate, conversion & returns) by product type and item level to identify biggest optimisation opportunitiesMake changes to optimise the product pages based on data (upsells, pills, groupings, items titles, descriptions, imagery, new feature roll out). Reviews data recommendations, performance and commercial optimisation opportunitiesWorks closely with the wider Ecommerce team (UX, Data Science, Content & Marketing) to learn about the customer journey to propose changes and optimisationsWorks closely with product owners, business analysts and QA to implement product page and shopping bag developments Product expert within Womens-Non clothing divisionRegularly supports the product teams with requests as well as informing them of any key developments and optimisations which will help to drive salesUnderstanding of key competitors and the fashion retail ecommerce landscapeSupports investigations into issues and optimisationYouâll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office.
