We advise real estate funds, global institutional investors, REITs, private investors, and the public sector on investment into UK and pan-European real estate, offering tax structuring, compliance, and due diligence advice across sectors including commercial, office, student housing, industrial logistics, retail, and hotels.

We support flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours and job shares, to help balance work and life commitments.


A look into the role

* Be part of a high-performing team with extensive sector experience, working with high-profile clients on challenging projects.
* Engage with major market players on multi-jurisdictional transactions in real estate and infrastructure, with deal sizes ranging from £60m to over £1bn. Opportunities for rapid promotion are available as our client base grows.
* Own your work, leading client interactions, project delivery, and collaboration with tax teams, supported by experienced colleagues and leadership.


Knowing you’re right for us

The minimum criteria for the Assistant Manager role in RET include:

* ACA / ACCA / CTA qualification or equivalent
* UK Tax experience

Preferred but not essential skills include experience in UK Corporate Tax, participation in business development, and advising on tax compliance.
