We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our growing team and work with our prestigious clients, including within high-traffic airport and hospitality environments.
Role Overview: As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high standards of food preparation and kitchen operations. Youll work alongside a skilled brigade, take ownership of a specific kitchen section, and ensure consistency, hygiene, and quality under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard
Manage a designated section efficiently and independently
Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu development and food cost control
Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your station at all times
Train and support junior kitchen staff as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent experience
Solid understanding of food hygiene standards
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and bank holidays
Right to work in the UK
