About the role: We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Amazon Channel Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon Seller Central account and drive channel growth from the inside out. This is a pivotal role for Absolute Collagen as we bring Amazon management in-house and scale our presence across Amazon marketplaces. You’ll be responsible for the full end-to-end management of our Amazon operations — from listing optimisation and performance tracking to stock forecasting and advertising execution. We're not using an agency, so you’ll be expected to lead all aspects of the channel directly, using data and insights to make smart, strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the day-to-day operations of Absolute Collagen’s Amazon Seller Central account (UK and future international expansion). Build, optimise, and maintain organic product listings – including titles, bullet points, back-end keywords, imagery, A Content, and SEO – to drive visibility and conversion. Take full ownership of Amazon Advertising – planning, launching, and optimising campaigns to drive traffic, maximise ROAS, and support key product pushes. Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as conversion rate, Buy Box win rate, account health, and customer reviews. Take full ownership of Amazon advertising, setting up and managing campaigns, budgets, and performance tracking to drive ROI. Use data and insights to inform trading decisions, troubleshoot issues, and identify growth opportunities. Forecast demand and coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure consistent stock availability. Stay current with Amazon policies, algorithm updates, trends, and tools — and apply them proactively to our strategy. Brief creative teams on required assets for product listings, A Content, Storefronts, and advertising, ensuring all creative is optimised for performance and aligned with Amazon best practices and brand guidelines. Provide input into creative strategy based on campaign goals, customer insights, and platform trends. Plan and execute promotional campaigns in line with wider marketing initiatives. Report on performance weekly and monthly, including actionable insights and recommendations. Requirements: Recent, hands-on experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account with full ownership of performance. Strong working knowledge of Amazon tools and programs (e.g., Brand Registry, A Content, Business Reports, Vine, etc.). Proven ability to manage and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns directly. Highly analytical and confident working with data to guide decisions and improve performance. Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally with supply chain, customer service, and marketing teams. A self-starter with a test-and-learn mindset and strong commercial acumen. Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Nice to have: Experience expanding to or managing international Amazon marketplaces. Background in beauty, wellness, or supplements. Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar for research and optimisation.
