As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care and support to assist residents in maintaining their independence, including personal care, meal times, and activities, while also offering a listening ear to those in need.

No prior professional care experience is necessary, as comprehensive training and development will be provided, including care, housekeeping, catering, or activities. On-the-job training through NVQ’s and QCF’s will also be offered.
