As the Head of Engineering, you will:
Lead and develop the engineering team to deliver a high-performing, proactive, and compliant engineering function.
Manage all aspects of site engineering, including building services, utilities, plant maintenance, and equipment reliability.
Drive the planning and delivery of capital investment projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and business objectives.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, HSE, and other regulatory requirements across all engineering activities.
Manage engineering budgets, contracts, and relationships with external contractors and suppliers.
You will have:
A Degree-level qualification or equivalent or relevant experience in Engineering or a closely related discipline
Experience in managing large scale projects
Significant leadership experience in an engineering role within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale capital projects, technical compliance, and multi-disciplinary teams.
