ServiceNow is currently seeking a Senior Advisory Presales Solution Consultant to provide technical sales partnership and to guide customers within the Insurance industry on products and solutions. The Solution Consultant will work with a small portfolio of Enterprise Accounts, utilizing advanced pre-sales techniques to demonstrate the power, extensibility, and user-friendliness of the ServiceNow platform.
What you will do in this role:
* Understand business and technical problems addressed by ServiceNow, including transformation, operational efficiency, regulations, security, etc.
* Engage with C-Suite Executives and other stakeholders to uncover needs.
* Partner with sales teams in strategy and account planning.
* Lead non-technical discussions to define objectives and demonstrate business value.
* Sell the value of solutions, not just features.
* Support regional marketing events, webinars, and conferences.
* Conduct product demonstrations tailored to prospects and clients.
* Create demo scripts and scenarios.
* Deepen understanding of the ServiceNow platform to advise customers effectively.
* Respond to RFPs and proposals.
* Stay updated on product developments and competitive landscape.
* Coordinate with professional services for deployment briefings.
* Represent ServiceNow at executive and marketing events.
Qualifications:
* Experience in integrating AI into workflows and decision-making.
* Approximately 8+ years in enterprise software pre-sales or sales engineering.
* Experience with Insurance or Financial Services enterprises (>5000 employees).
* Proven success in selling complex multi-product solutions.
* Knowledge of ITSM, GRC, Security Operations, or related technologies is highly desirable.
* Technical aptitude with quick learning ability.
* Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience selling to Enterprise Architecture teams.
* Strong territory and pipeline management skills.
* Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally.
* Fluency in English.
