We're looking for a confident and articulate Client Liaison Executive to join our vibrant team in Windsor. This is a key customer-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for clients via phone and email, so a professional and well-spoken telephone manner is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Customer Support

Process and follow up on sales orders and quotations
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email with clarity and professionalism
Ensure accurate data entry and order tracking
Liaise with distributors, showrooms, and internal sales teamsSales Pipeline Development

Build strong relationships with interior designers, specifiers, and architects
Identify and follow up on new business opportunities
Promote our luxury fabrics and accessories
Manage revenue targets for a defined customer groupCustomer Experience Excellence

Deliver a world-class customer experience and aftercare
Handle returns and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Stay informed on export, freight, and VAT procedures
Proactively seek ways to enhance the customer journey

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in customer service and order processing
A clear, confident, and professional telephone manner is essential
Background in luxury interiors, fabrics, or design is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is advantageous
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
Able to work independently and take initiative
Passionate about interiors and delivering excellence
