In this full-time, permanent position, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key pub and brewery chains across the UK, helping them unlock the full value of cutting-edge commercial kitchen solutions. You'll manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, oversee new client onboarding, and maintain strong relationships with regional and corporate stakeholders. Alongside this, you'll help identify and deliver new opportunities-creating tailored business plans, driving performance, and helping shape long-term solution strategies.
This is a sales-led role, with accountability for revenue growth and client satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams while acting as the key interface for your customers. The ability to balance commercial focus with a genuine client-first mindset is essential. Experience with commercial kitchen or catering equipment is a bonus, but not required.
To be considered for the Key Account Manager role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 2 years in regional account management or new business development
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
* Confidence managing sales cycles and writing account plans
* Experience with clients in the hospitality, pub, or brewery sectors (preferred)
* Independence, resilience, and the ability to spot and seize opportunities

* Basic salary £45,000-£55,000 + OTE up to £70,000
