Job function
The role of the Service Delivery Administrator is to support the Service Delivery Executives with the direction, coordination, implementation, control and delivery of specific Asset Recovery projects ensuring consistency with the company strategy.
Project scopes continue to evolve with the growth of the company but predominantly a combination of decommissioning, de-installation, asset inventory services and global logistics. Logistics being a combination of export and import and Services delivered will be a combination of 3rd Party providers and direct TXO employees.
The customer base is typically national and international telecommunication companies with an asset interest in fixed line or mobile GSM network equipment. TXO service offering to this customer base may change and develop with time but is predominantly aimed at the Recovery of equipment Assets for Reuse, Resale or Recycling. Different models of service offering will be communicated and targeted to individuals at a strategic level.
Specific responsibilities
* The following outlines the primary areas of responsibility. Additional responsibilities or functions may be required as necessary to support the business.
* Assist the Service Delivery Executives with the planning and Implementation of TXO project requirements as per project awards and requirements.
* Support, monitor and correlate the project team related expenditure and administration.
* Administrate the weekly Deinstall timesheets to accurately record overtime, hours, holidays etc.
* Maintaining all staff and project records keeping them up to date.
* Assist with correlating information and data for project site surveys and reports.
* Answering in bound phone calls for the department.
* Track and monitor project deliverables using appropriate tools.
* Assist with supporting the project teams(s) which can include arrangement of travel, accommodation, welfare and safety.
* Coordinate with logistics companies for service costs, tracking requirements and arrange inbound logistics and shipments.
* Produce project completion reports with variation analysis as required.
* Work closely with cross functional resources and divisions to help develop proposals and solutions to our customers business needs such as procurement, recycling, and warehousing divisions.
* Undertake general administrative duties such as scanning filing shredding etc
* Other administrative duties as and when required.
* Follow all companies Policies and Procedures including but not limited to Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Information Security.
* The role is also expected to perform any reasonable requests which are not defined but in the ability of the individual.
