The ideal candidate will have:
* Catering or restaurant kitchen experience (essential)
* Willingness to train in chocolate making and equipment operation (essential)
* Professional and caring demeanour (essential)
* Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety (essential)
* Pastry or patisserie skills (ideal but not essential)
* Good knowledge of allergies (ideal but not essential)
Responsibilities:
* Assist with chocolate making and baking
* Ensure workstations are set up for food preparation
* Provide assistance during chocolate making events and parties
* Assist with packaging stock and customer online orders
* Receive and store deliveries
* Cleaning premises including workshop floor, kitchen, equipment and utensils
* Adhere to food safety guidelines and complete necessary paperwork.

Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
