The Opportunity
This is more than a facilities role – it’s a senior leadership position with real influence. You’ll shape both the short‑term operational performance and the long‑term infrastructure and sustainability strategy of a large‑scale manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide visible, values‑led leadership across Facilities, Utilities and Environmental teams.
* Own site‑wide strategy for buildings, utilities, energy systems and site services.
* Drive environmental performance, CO₂ reduction and energy efficiency initiatives.
* Ensure full compliance across HSE, environmental and regulatory frameworks.
* Lead capital investment projects and infrastructure upgrades.
* Manage budgets, performance metrics and continuous improvement plans.
About You
* Proven senior leadership experience within facilities, utilities or environmental management in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Strong track record of building and developing high‑performing teams.
* Deep understanding of compliance, governance and energy/environmental performance.
* Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
* Experience with ISO 14001 / ISO 50001 frameworks and exposure to high‑volume manufacturing is advantageous.
