Reporting to the Supply Chain Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing calf supply contracts, supporting producer onboarding, and helping to secure a consistent, high-quality supply of calves aligned with business requirements.This is a fast-paced, operational role that combines administrative accuracy, strong communication, and stakeholder engagement, acting as a central point of contact between producers, internal teams, and external partners.**Key Responsibilities*** Coordinate the onboarding of new producers onto calf supply contracts, ensuring all documentation, compliance checks, and approvals are completed accurately and on time.* Act as a primary point of contact for producers during onboarding, providing clear guidance on contract terms, processes, and expectations.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, supplier details, volumes, and timelines.* Support the Supply Chain Key Account Manager with managing contracted volumes and supply forecasts.* Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, finance, quality, and operations to ensure smooth execution of procurement activities.* Monitor supply commitments against contract terms and highlight any risks, shortfalls, or changes.* Build and maintain positive working relationships with producers, responding to routine queries and supporting long-term engagement.* Assist with communications relating to contract updates, performance expectations, and operational changes.* Ensure all contracts comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.* Track and report on key procurement data and support audits and reviews when required.* Occasional on-farm visits may be required.**Skills & Experience****Essential:*** Experience in procurement, supply chain coordination, agriculture, or a related field* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail* Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with farmers/producers and internal stakeholders* Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes and deadlines simultaneously* Competent with data management systems, spreadsheets, and procurement tools* Knowledge of livestock or agricultural supply chains**Personal Attributes*** Relationship-focused with a professional and approachable manner* Proactive and solution-oriented, able to identify and resolve issues early* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment* Reliable, adaptable, and committed to high standards of accuracy and service**What We Offer*** Opportunity to play a key role in a growth area of the UK’s largest beef supply chain* Exposure to supplier management and contract procurement within agriculture* Supportive team environment with strong development opportunities* Competitive salary## Apply For This Role244 results foundBuitelaar Vacancies Alert #J-18808-Ljbffr
