The Role:
You’ll act as the senior technical lead for the new office, handling:
* Delivery of civil engineering design across drainage, highways & infrastructure
* S104, S106, S38, S278 work
* Overseeing quality, project delivery and client management
* Mentoring juniors as the office grows
* Supporting business development and helping shape the new team
What You’ll Need:
* Strong UK consultancy background
* Solid technical skillset (Civils 3D, AutoCAD, Flow/MicroDrainage)
* Comfortable running projects independently
* Confident in dealing with clients and leading design delivery
* Ability to operate as a key senior figure in a small but growing office
