As a Senior Therapeutic Carer, you will:
1. Provide one-to-one therapeutic care in line with individual care plans.
2. Act as a role model, ensuring children have a joyful and enriching childhood.
3. Participate in the day-to-day operations of the home, maintaining accurate documentation.
4. Support children in social and educational activities, including trips and holidays.
5. Work collaboratively with a supportive team and manager to meet children's needs.
6. Be part of the on-call rota and undertake on-call duties.
