Essential Requirements
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
* Demonstrated professional experience instructing and supporting SEN students within a UK school environment.
* Compliance: Must possess a current DBS check registered on the Update Service, or be prepared immediately.

* Key Abilities: Proven proficiency in curriculum adaptation (e.g., P Scales), effective classroom management, and strong teamwork skills.
