This role is responsible for the preparation and issuing of tender quotations and bills, supporting the pre-construction process through accurate pricing, risk management, and technical validation.
Meet key performance indicators as set by the line manager.
Increase efficiency and tender output to maintain a strong tender bank.
Maximise commercial viability through value engineering and negotiation.
Identify and mitigate risk across secured and potential projects.
Source and assess costs for raw materials and subcontractor items.
Analyse supplier quotations and compile data for adjudication.
Attend client meetings alongside the commercial team.
Prepare handover documents and compliance data once contracts are secured.
Participate in and lead handover meetings with the project team.
Promote and embody the company’s culture and values.
Adhere to all KPIs and company policies, including health & safety and sustainability.
Training & Development:
Attend relevant internal and external training courses.
Engage in ongoing personal and professional development.
Help identify training needs within the department.
Strong technical knowledge of glass, windows, doors, and aluminium curtain walling.
Experience with project planning.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
Experience with Schucal or Reynaers software.
Basic AutoCAD skills.
