Construction Manager (Civils bias)
Location: Glasgow / Lothian and Borders, Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway, Fife, Central belt, etc.
Salary: Up to £76,500 per year, with a strong benefits package, excellent overtime opportunities, and our pension scheme with double matching of contributions up to 10%.
Additional benefits: Clear career progression paths, 37-hour workweek, full-time/permanent, flexible/hybrid options, closing date 18/05/25.
Overtime & Expenses: Overtime paid at x1.5 (Saturday) and x2 (Sunday), business miles at £0.45/m up to 10,000 miles, then £0.25/m.

Role Overview: The Construction Manager manages the Construction Management Team during all project phases, ensuring compliance, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead development, procurement, and construction delivery of projects from concept to closure, aligned with CAPEX.
2. Manage all environmental, safety, and regulatory compliance aspects.
3. Oversee the management and evaluation of project costs, risks, and stakeholder communications.
4. Lead, develop, and mentor the onsite construction team and ensure quality management systems are followed.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Engineering degree or equivalent experience in construction management in the power sector.
* Excellent IT skills, full UK driving license, current SMSTS qualification.
