Senior Project Manager - Data Centre Construction - 12-Month Contract
This is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator that has been recognised for as one of fastest growing and well-known groups in the industry.
Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of a Senior Project Manager. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Leading a large-scale and complex data centre project with responsibility for the entire site/project
2. Developing and implementing project strategies, plans and large-scale budgets
3. Managing and coordinating relationships with the client, contractors and designers
4. Managing and mitigating risks and issues
Requirements:
5. Previous experience in a similar role on a Data Centre project
6. Client side experience in a Project Manager / Project Director capacity
7. The ability to be onsite in Cardiff at least 3 days per week
