What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:
1. Planning and delivering engaging English lessons that challenge and inspire students of all abilities.
2. Contributing to a department that maintains the highest standards of teaching and learning.
3. Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to drive GCSE results.
4. Promoting a love for reading and analytical thinking across the wider school community.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
5. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
6. A proven track record of delivering high-quality English lessons.
7. A passion for working within an ‘Outstanding’ environment and maintaining high expectations.
8. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
