The Role
* Manage a broad and varied commercial property caseload (sales, purchases, leases, development and landlord/tenant work)
* Advise on related commercial transactions for SME clients and investors
* Play a key role in building client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the department
About You
* Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
* Minimum 3 years’ PQE in commercial property law
* Confident in client management and building strong relationships
* No following required – the firm has a steady pipeline of quality work
