Hello,
We are a GC looking to bring on a draftsman and/or architect to our team. You will be responsible for assisting or developing building plans.
We are in North America and conform to IRC standards.
1) Ability to work within Revit and/or similar software
2) Ability to work in SketchUp is preferred but not required. We design in SketchUp and then convert to full plans in Revit.
3) Understanding of how to design roof tie-ins, truss systems, hangers, etc.
4) Ability to perform take-off sheets preferred but not required.
5) Ability to have occasional screenshare calls to review designs and collaborate.
6) Ability to have quick turn around.
For the first project, we have existing plans that need to be modified.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
