Blok 'N' Mesh UK Ltd, the UK's foremost supplier of temporary fencing solutions, is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing incoming calls and processing customer orders
* Providing exceptional service to our existing clients
* Utilising your strong communication skills and computer literacy
* Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
* Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Updating customer information and processing orders through our internal systems
Requirements
* While previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
* Proficient in using CRM software's.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
* Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
