We are a trusted education supply agency, working in partnership with a range of fantastic SEND schools across the region. We are currently looking for dedicated and adaptable Special Needs Teachers to join our team and make a real impact in the lives of pupils with a variety of complex learning needs.
About the Role:
* Deliver engaging, accessible lessons tailored to the needs of children with Autism, PMLD, SLD, and other complex learning difficulties
* Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed
* Create a positive and nurturing environment that promotes progress and independence
* Positions available for day-to-day supply, long-term placements, and potential permanent opportunities
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* QTS or QTLS status
* A genuine passion for teaching children with additional needs
* Previous or current experience working in a special needs school (highly desirable)
* Excellent behaviour management and differentiation skills
* A flexible, calm, and patient approach
