Salesforce Administrator | Hybrid, London (3 days a week on site)
Are you a Salesforce Admin looking to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Harvey Nash are recruiting on behalf of a UK media organisation for a strong Salesforce Administrator to join them.
About the Role:
You'll be part of a collaborative Business Applications team managing a diverse portfolio of systems that support commercial and editorial operations. This includes Salesforce CRM, advertising sales, fulfilment, and production systems across digital, print, and memberships.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Support
* Provide third-line support for Salesforce and other business applications
* Resolve user queries and system issues efficiently
* Identify risks and opportunities within Salesforce instances
* Collaborate with support partners and internal teams
Continuous Improvement
* Configure and customise Salesforce in a complex environment
* Work with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot (you don't need to have experience with them all)
* Handle large data volumes and contribute to system enhancements
Integration & Performance
* Collaborate with integration and development teams
* Ensure seamless application performance and integration
Training & Documentation
* Deliver ad hoc training and maintain support documentation
* Share Salesforce knowledge across the team
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in Salesforce administration or support
* Strong understanding of cloud and client-server technologies
* Experience with CRM and sales order processing systems
* Salesforce ADM201 certification (desirable)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
