Nursery Room Manager – Busy Bees Nurseries
We’re opening a new Busy Bees Nursery in Cricklewood and we’re looking for passionate Room Leaders to deliver exceptional early years education and give our children the very best start in life.
What you’ll do
* Create engaging, exciting learning experiences for children.
* Lead and inspire your nursery team with enthusiasm and creativity.
* Support children’s development and maintain positive relationships with families.
* Plan fun, educational activities to spark curiosity and growth.
* Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene.
Qualifications & Experience
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage – ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* A passion for fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
