Description
Ready to fuel the success of globally renowned brands like Gillette, Pampers, Head & Shoulders and Oral-B that millions of consumers can’t live without? Ever dreamt of a career where you are fully supported by world-class training and development to progress to leadership?
Then apply now for a role in our Consumer and Market Knowledge (CMK) team! In CMK, we use our boundless curiosity to discover what consumers want, why they want it and how we can influence them through immersive exploration, in-depth analysis, and great research. We use state-of-the-art analytics tools and research capabilities to dig deep and understand consumers, markets and retailers.
Our CMK Managers serve as internal business strategy consultants, whose role it is to ensure that consumer analytics and market insights are the foundations of our business strategy and execution. You will work on multi-functional business teams to constantly explore new opportunities for business growth and fuel the organisation with insights to inform retailer, category, and brand strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Understanding shopper behaviour by designing and leading consumer immersive research and experiments.
* Discovering business growth opportunities by integrating data from various sources into relevant models or frameworks.
* Driving strong business recommendations by translating and visualising complex data sets into simple and actionable conclusions.
* Challenging the status quo by uncovering new ways of running shopper and market research!
Your key to success will be your ability to build on and combine soft skills with analytical skills to convey research findings and drive actions with your key business partners across levels and functions.
What we offer you:
* Responsibilities as of Day 1 – Working on multi-million dollar brands such as Fairy, Gillette, Ariel or Pampers, you will feel the ownership of your work from the beginning, and you will be given specific projects and responsibilities.
* Continuous coaching – You will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager.
* Dynamic and respectful work environment – Employees are at the core, we value every individual and promote flexible working arrangements and work/life balance.
* Benefits – On top of your competitive salary, you can enjoy lots of benefits including a double-matched pension scheme, private health insurance, business results based bonus programme, participation in a share ownership scheme and discounted products and perks. We also offer hybrid/flexible work arrangements to accommodate your needs. To find more information about our benefits package, take a look here:
