Job Description:

As a Home Administrator with Rushcliffe Care Group, you will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the service runs safely, effectively, and in line with regulatory and organisational standards. Your role will directly support safe staffing, compliance, and the overall quality of service delivery.

Across our services, we support people to live safer, more fulfilling lives, with dignity, choice, and consistency at the centre of everything we do.

Our values are not slogans. They shape how we treat people, how we work together, and what we expect from each other.

About the Service

Senbrick Lodge is a specialist service based in Ibstock, Leicestershire, providing structured rehabilitation, support, and long-term care for individuals with mental health needs. The service supports individuals who may be transitioning from hospital or secure settings and require a structured, supportive environment to rebuild independence, develop skills, and prepare for community living.

Care is delivered through a multidisciplinary approach, including clinical, therapeutic, and community-based support. This includes access to occupational therapy, psychological support, education, and structured activities designed to promote recovery and long-term stability. Senbrick Lodge focuses on building strength, restoring independence, and supporting individuals to move forward safely and confidently.

About the Role

As a Home Administrator, you will provide effective, accurate, and professional administrative support to the service, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of office functions.

You will support the Registered Manager with workforce administration, recruitment processes, training records, rota administration, and document control. This includes maintaining accurate staff records, supporting audit readiness, and ensuring documentation is compliant and up to date.

The role includes managing communication across the service, acting as a professional point of contact for staff, service users, visitors, and external professionals. You will support front-of-house duties, maintain service systems such as CoolCare, and ensure information is handled securely and in line with GDPR.

You will also support key operational processes such as supervision scheduling, training compliance tracking, meeting administration, and general service coordination, contributing to a well-run and compliant environment.

About You
