Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a passionate Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in the Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks business stream. You’ll be working with our dedicated Severn Trent wastewater team based in Wanlip, Leicestershire, with the flexibility to work from home!

Working Hours
We offer a 45-hour work week with the ability to flex your start and end times to suit your lifestyle.
Your Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Severn Trent wastewater team in delivering the ECI Phase 2 and the development of the Wanlip sewerage treatment works (STW), valued at approximately £100m to £125m. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Controlling costs while maximizing value and minimizing future liabilities.
* Collaborating with project teams, including the Commercial Lead, Project Engineers, Procurement Coordinators, Planners, Site Team Leaders, and Site Managers.
* Enhancing cost efficiency and fostering a culture of out-performance.
* Procurement of subcontractors in line with our commercial standards, ensuring the best value for both Kier and our clients.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You hold a degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
* You have experience working on complex civil projects.
* You possess NEC contract experience.
